Doubt there is a single copy of this movie in KSA

I'm wondering when Saudi Arabia will change and join modernity,
but as I wonder I see my country of America going backwards
faster than KSA is progressing. The buildings are cool though.

I think they can get Apple TV / iTunes there... Aparently they'll get cinemas soon, but it'll probably be censored...

It's interesting that some countries make appearances in American
movies ... like Saudi Arabia ... or maybe I should say their
"Stereotypes" make an appearance in American movies, and the
bad points are always prominent, so how we criticize other countries
is always front and center in American culture.

We are so much just like Trump, we get defensive at the drop of a
toupee, ready and eager to use whatever nuclear option we can to
get what we want. I cannot think of any foreign movie that really
lays it to America like we do usually to other countries.

The one example I can think of is it the episode of "Fawlty Towers"
called "The American" where the American business man and his
wife stay at the hotel on vacation. The American is portrayed as
gruff, but ultimately right and popular with the hotel's boarders.
Hilarious. A kind of sycophantic, but submerged hostility from Basil
who is here a kind of British Archie Bunker from whence we learn
the bad side of Brits I guess.

I'm trying to think of another, where Americans are outright portrayed
negatively or held in contempt?

It's very hard to portray Saudi Arabia without it seeming negative... 😂

Face it, the Middle Eastern extreme Islamic cultures are very ugly. Sadly the people are really nice people, and the food and art are heritage is interesting, but they are stuck with political structure they should have outgrown centuries. But today America is doing the same thing in real time ... going backwards too. I wonder if the US is so retrograde because of some of the company we keep and the corruption that moves into our country from it.
