Alan and Zahra... really? *spoilers*

Isn't Alan supposed to be a smart guy? Zahra was still married (in the process of divorce) and he decided just like that to have an affair with a muslim woman which under sharia is punishable by death (I assume he knows this because I don't think he would just go to saudi arabia without reading up a bit on their culture and law). So he put her life in grave danger just for some foreign pussy. He had a wife, a kid and a hot white girl he could have sex with if he was that desperate for sex. And I don't believe for a second that he fell in love with a doctor that he has only known for a couple of weeks. They didn't even have a single date together..

They both would have been beheaded IRL and it's what I was expecting, a tragic ending. But the fact that it all ended so abruptly and so perfectly leaves me questioning if Alan even survived the operation.

I thought she was gonna be executed in the end, especially since Tom Hanks asks his taxi driver during one of the rides "why are all those people gathering over there" (referring to the public executions), so I thought that was a foreshadowing for the ending.
