Sixteen: U/A Parental Guidance movie.. seriously??

Sixteen contain numerous sex references, Kissing scenes, MMS Clip, Disko, Virginity loose..opening line of the movie is "I want to sleep with you".. basically every 5 min something inappropriate comes up and censor passes it with U/A.. what wrong with these people
