A liberal's clichéd wet dream...

This movie:
Strong anti-gun messages
All rich white people = evil
Vilification of the Founding Fathers
The good guys (rebellion) resemble the Black Panthers, while the bad guys are whiteys either dressed like cops or a redneck hunter.

Now, look. I don't usually care where my entertainment comes from, politically, as long as it's not forced on me. I like a good anti-government movie even more than the next guy, but that's not all this is. This franchise... it's just such a flawed premise, a politically skewed nightmare scenario in which "right-wing nutjobs" have taken over the country, yet written while a black man is president, and taking place in a year (2023) when Hillary will probably still be president (let's face it). Ugh. I guess the silly gun references were the tipping point for me here, especially the old lady gushing about her favorite gun at the murder auction. Ridiculous.

Ok, done. I just wanted to call this movie out, then I'll go back to checking my privelege...

The white couple running from the killers are rich?

The movie talks about the NEW FOUNDING FATHERS..... not the original...

The good guys resemble the Black Panther in what way exactly? 2 black women and a white couple are representative of the black panthers?

Do Americans not GUSH ON about their guns endlessly? It seemed pretty realistic to me

IMDB~2005

Forced on you? Did someone tie you down to a chair and make you watch this? Maybe you should stick to Trump rallies because, like others in that boat, you seem to be having a hard time separating reality from fantasy in a movie.

Everyone hates rich white people and the elites. It's not a liberal or conservative position.
