Good news. I think they are done with the Chipmunks franchise! The fourth movie is the lowest grossing film in the entire franchise. First movie made 217 Million domestically and 361 Million world wide Second movie made 219 Million domestically and 443 Million world wide Third movie made 113 Million domestically and 342 Million world wide ..The Fourth movie however made...82 Million domestically and ONLY 137 Million world wide....its a bomb. So yes the Chipmunk franchise is dead....until they reboot it...again.
