Can't they just put an end to the misery?

They didn't do a sequel for the last one for Chipwrecked, which came out in 2011. So can they just end the series already? It's already running the Chipmunks into the ground!

I hope they put you out of your own misery.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one who agrees!

Sadly, as long as they think they can make money with it, they'll make sequels.

They will keep making these movies because they are making a lot of money at the box office.

In the UK this movie has just opened at the same weekend as Deadpool.

Both movies were on previews last weekend and Deadpool was no1, but I want to see this weeks figures when they come out - I think Deadpool might me knocked down to no2 with Alvin at no1.

Deadpool is way better than a bunch of singing chipmunks! You seriously are high!

reply

I'm not saying which one is better, I'm just talking about box office numbers.

This one still made a profit,so i guess not

reply

The film did decent at the box office but I guess a fifth film on a lower budget might happen.

I found the previous sequels to be OK for what they are. As in just your normal childish entertainment to amuse kids or have it running in the background while doing a project etc. Probably only watched them each twice.

But this one we definitely wont be replaying. We all found it really quite bad, worse than the previous ones. The previous ones at least had some catchy tunes and cute/funny moments and interesting scenarios. This one definitely didn't deliver. I really don't know what happened here.
