Why is the rating so high?

Why does this movie have such a high rating? And why are the high scores so disproportionately coming from males age 18-29?

It seems to be the same with all the other Cool Cat videos as well. They all have a disproportionate amount of males age 18-29 giving a much higher rating than any other demographic.

Is this a cult following spawned by the YMS videos?

Eh, whatever, I hope the cult takes it back since Derek Savage has now shown himself to be a cyberbully and not a good sport about negative reviews. Or the good guy YMS said he thought Daddy Derek seemed to be.

I'm guessing its people who sarcastically rate it high as a joke. Many of them probably find the movie so bad its good.

Well I don't think its so bad its good. I think its so bad its so not worth watching....

For a better "so bad its good movie" I would either recommend The Room or Freddie The Frog.

Lets get that rating down even more to were it belongs...4.0(At best) or 2.9(for perfect)

Its not funny anymore to joke around and call this movie a masterpiece. After seeing the creator Derek Savage be a total jerk on youtube because of the reviews of his movie, comments like that are now irritating, not funny.

Thank you brendanq19! Its not funny to joke anymore with the creator revealed to be a Copyright Nazi. At least Tommy Wiseau is a nice guy and has embraced the terribleness of his film.

...Tommy Wiseau did the exact same thing to Nostalgia Critic that Daddy Derek did to IHE. Not impersonating a lawfirm or anything, but the initial action of taking down the review because he didn't like it.

Yes, the fake reviews are getting stale... I've never seen the film on its own before, but I do love the IHE Guy's review of it. So I would rate the review a high score, but the movie itself is just awful. I do wonder how Derrick Savage thinks about all this now. He cannot deny the scathing reviews have given his film a cult status that it didn't deserve, and I wonder if he regrets how he attacked all the you tubers that reviewed cool cat. They were the ones responsible for anyone knowing anything about Cool Cat. And what is up with Vivica Fox? Why in the world did she agree to do this?

I think this isn't a so bad it's good movie.
To me, a so bad it's good movie has to work on it's own. That means that I should be able to watch it alone and have fun with it.
This thing is unbearable to me, unless you have some friends to talk to and laugh at the movie. In that case, it works. But I don't want to watch this thing ever again.
