another story exploiting the Pretty White Girl Syndrome

So, nothing to do with the Italian newspaper headline shown in the film which translated as "The Face of an Angel"?

....still exploitation of the "innocent white girl". And since when were Italians not white?

I think some modern day Americans want to re-classify latinos and hispanics as non-white!
