SIMILAR MOVIES?

Can you tell me any other movies that have the same indie vibe, not necessarily a similar story

I Give It a Year (2013).

It's very bitter-sweet just like this one and it'll make you absolutely love it or absolutely hate it, no middle way.

I just finished watching this film, and I absolutely loved it. Some other movies that its vibe brought to mind are Never Let Me Go, Synecdochy NY, Disconnect, and Once. The interweaving of connected timelines reminded me of Magnolia, Crash, and Mulholland Drive.

While Never Let Me Go is probably the closest in terms of overall tone and feel (Synecdochy is a close second), I highly recommend any of those if you liked Comet.

Easily Mr. Nobody, my favorite all time film. The entire time I felt that strange feeling I had when I watched Mr. Nobody...something I rarely feel in films.

It's also remarkably similar to a play called Constellations by Nick Payne, right down to the two-person parallel universe romance that plays out in a few main moments and has an astronomical title.
