I know someone who has a business relationship with Nev; he's definitely not a fake. He's a kind and approachable boss by all accounts. He's adept at bringing the best out of people who may struggle to find employment elsewhere for whatever reason.

I am liking the series more than I thought I would with all the people being very different from each other.
I think many bosses can learn a thing or two from his management philosophy. share
