I thoroughly enjoyed this film!
The acting was far better than you would expect, the female lead was especially great. Being a huge Ginger Snaps fan, I was excited to see Emily Perkins in this... She's great in everything.
I thought the film looked great and I found it entertaining and scary.
Canada makes a lot of great horror and this is one of those films.
If you're a horror fan and not a stuck up film snob, you'll enjoy this movie!
I thought it started off well, but by the time the sheriff's arc ended the characters had become grating, and by the end I just didn't care. The ending sucked, not because it was a downer, but because it was just plain stupid and unnecessary. It should have ended 15-20 minutes earlier.
shareThe sheriff grated me with his extreme denseness. How much evidence did he need to believe the abductions were real? He had seen two live videos and an eyewitness account that all corroborated, but still didn't believe what his eyes had seen.
shareI agree. The film wasn't bad for what I assume is a B grade horror film; put together well and acting was good.
It wasn't scary but these days what is?
