Theories on Tatiana, the nurse....(spoilers)

I was convinced the nurse in the save game section would turn out to be one of your enemies, or even Ruvik in disguise. Late in the game, I believe she even says to you, "be careful who you trust".

I was really surprised when she disappears late in the game (explained in one of the newspapers) and she never surfaces again.
