Wish Melanie Lynskey and Anna Kendrick switched roles

I've liked Anna Kendrick in most of the things she's been in. She's charming and a good foil. But there's a similarity about the parts she plays; her stunned expression followed by eyes moving back and forth is getting old. One the other hand, Lynskey never fails to surprise. It would seem that Kendrick's role would have fit Lynskey's considerable talents better. She could make the Jenny character complex, funny and at the same time tragic. Jenny, no matter her faults, should evoke empathy from the viewer. I ended up feeling little or nothing for her.
