So David is struggling with the knife with Sadie and the knife goes into her seemingly pregnant belly. David STOPS and apologizes!

Now, I get that he believed that she was pregnant and I get that under NORMAL circumstances that action would have been horrific. But in this case this psycho B**** had them all at gunpoint and was clearly trying to stab David. All bets are off then, it's survival time. I would regret the action but I'm not stopping until she is incapacitated.

Most normal people do not automatically become baby-killing ninjas in five minutes. I think it's pretty natural that he would feel squeamish after stabbing a pregnant woman in the stomach, even if she was evil.

Fight or flight mode makes ppl do lots of things. He seemed to immediately snap out of that mode the moment the knife went in her belly. Commendable that he's that reserved and aware but he basically froze and became a pin cushion. Almost like he felt he deserved whatever came next.

I said this exact same thing as soon as it happened. I was hoping he would die after such an idiotic move smh
