Guy in the shed?
What was the deal with the guy in the shed? Evie was suspicious of him and then it was dropped when he told her it was oils or something. Her new friend Sadie even mentioned the meth head problem in town.

After the guy from the shed died there was nobody tending the meth lab, so it exploded as the ambulance taking David and Evie to the hospital passed by it, killing them both. That's why the real estate agent was selling the house at the end - David and Evie died. You must have blacked out for a couple minutes near the end to have missed that.

On the way to the hospital the shed exploded bc she was right it was meth. That's why new people were moving in. How did you miss that???
shareThe shed/garage guy was simply a neighbor who ran a legit olive oil business. It was presented in the film to seem creepy and make us suspicious at the onset. His character is quickly dropped when we find out that Evie is experiencing something paranormal, which turned out to be a premonition of the ending attack by her "friend".
