What movie is playing in the background?

In the scene where they are sitting at the bbq place outside. The old man is chopping up meat and it shows two guys in the background fighting with swords on his TV. The "trivia" section in IMDb says it is from Drunken Master when it most definitely isn't. It just has one if the actors from Drunken Master in the scene. Someone help!!
