Do Customers Actually DISAGREE With Their Bills?

Like the title says, do customers actually disagree with their bills?
The shop is very thorough with their restoring.
I've only started watching 3 or 4 shows.
Has anyone said they won't pay their bill yet?

Ya one guy refused to pay for the build, saying the car was ugly. It was a silver/white 66 Mustang.
