That should've been a powerful scene, but the problem is, she didn't do anything wrong. Everything she said was believed to be completely true at the time, by everyone including Nick. Pointing out facts isn't racist.

You mean the scene where Judy gives an unwarranted impression that it was their biology that was causing animals to go psycho, instead of admitting she didn't know anything. She didn't point out "facts" she just rambled on about her own internal prejudices.
