Would Judy have opened up to Nick later?

Judy admitted to her own prejudices about foxes to Nick. But I feel that later she might have gone into detail with him like he did her.

She could have told him the story about her growing up and the only predators she knew were a gang of bullies led by a Fox, Gideon Grey.

And speaking from personal experience, bad experiences in childhood can be lasting ones.

Judy grew up and when she saw Nick trying to buy a popsicle she helped out thinking this might be a chance to get over old prejudices, only to have Nick let her down by revealing it to be a hustle.

Nicks side of the story is understandable too. Bad experiences with bad herbivores soured Nick into giving in and being a 'sneaky fox'. But unfortunately that action opened up Judy's old wound about foxes.

This created a vicious circle of mutual prejudice that thankfully they both resolved. But that shows how we all can be guilty of it.

If Judy did tell Nick this I think it would have bonded them even better because just as there can be no real courage without fear, love without hate and good without evil, there can be no understanding without prejudice. There can be no positive without negative to overcome.

So your implication is if I see a shifty looking person walking down the street, I should stop that stranger and spill my guts about any childhood stereotype trauma? And that would, statistically, lower my odds of being a crime victim?
