Deleted one or two star reviews, fake positive ratings, reviews&comments

There is something very shady going on with this movie. Reviews with one or two stars saying negative things about it keep getting deleted, as well as comments here. The people involved in making this movie and their friends and family have fake profiles here, some of them have only been active on IMDb only at the time the movie was released and just to review this movie as excellent. So unethical and just plain wrong!!!! I also reviewed the film because I was so disappointed in these fake reviews and comments here. I now notice three reviews are gone as well and most likely those were the ones with one or two stars. I am sure at least one review with one star has been deleted. There were 39 reviews here, now only 36 remaining.
It´s honestly one of the worst if not the worst movie I have ever seen in my life, and I have seen a lot of movies. It´s really awful people are mislead like this, dishonest and pathetic.

There definitely is something weird going on. If you look at the vote distribution curve there are almost exactly %30 of all votes at 8 and another 30% at 9 but the 7s fall off drastically at only 8.4%. That is not a normal voting curve.

Looks like they bought about 3000 fake votes and were smart enough not to put them all on 10, which would be super obvious and IMDB probably automatically ignores when calculating the final score.

More like 4000 fake votes from 7-10. Indies usually only have a few hundred votes and this movie is still fairly new.

I think you are right. I bet they were all from bangladeshi click-farmers. They tried to be a little less obvious about it than just slamming the 10s but none of the ancillary facts add up. It seems like the kind of cheating IMDB could easily kill if they cared.
