No pet carrier for the dog?

Nicole carries her dog in her lap in the front seat of the car? Oh, sure that's just like a child.

I was accused in my thread about names of being someone who shouldn't own pets because I said they are not remotely like having children and once you have children you realize this fact. I addressed the accusation in that thread that the poster was "shocked" by my post and said i should never be a pet owner. Now that I've seen in this episode that Nicole carries her dog in her lap in the car I'm shocked, but I shouldn't be surprised, I suppose. I have never carried my pets in the car in such an unsafe manner. Why the other poster thought I shouldn't be a pet owner I think speaks to her assumptions and the fact that I (gasp) actually said pets aren't children. I never said you shouldn't be responsible pet owners.

Clearly Nicole thinks of her dog as a doll using a flatiron on her hair and atrolling her around in a baby carrier like a toddler does a little doll. Yet, when it comes to car safety she just throws that out the window. A mere fender bender could send that dog flying into the dash and break her neck or give her a fatal head injury. Well, as long as they look cute, right.
