I was coming here to say the same thing. I've never encountered an accent like that in anyone I've known from the south. It sounds like she is carrying marbles in her mouth.

It sounds like she's trying so hard to SOUND Southern that it just comes out as "duh duh duh"! Are there different KINDS of Southern accents, based on class? Like do richer people sound more refined? Because maybe she came from a lower class and she's trying to sound richer? Nicole B sounds and acts like she grew up in a wealthy family. Everyone else sounds fine though.

I think she is SOOO phony - and as for the trouble speaking in re: new teeth and botox...I had the unfortunate event of needing a full upper denture at 33. It was measured to be very similar to to my natural teeth, and it took like no time to get used to it. I think she is trying to sound elitist, but fails spectacularly. And if she doesn't start sleeping with her husband, I am sure that he would NO issue finding someone who would, wouldn't complain and wouldn't debate him which is more important: an emergency dental patient, or selling clothes.
