I just had a moment where I started to think Merideth's eyes are a really unique color, sometimes they are very blue others very green. Then I noticed when she was talking about the accident and they showed her head on for a longer amount of time that one is blue the other is green. I've never seen that on a person. I'm sure the girls will make her get contacts to make them both the same. I think it is kinda cool, and each is a really pretty color.

Actually the lighting has a lot to do with eye color. Some people with blue eyes the lighting won't show up. A lot of people with Hazel eyes (whether they're blue/green or blue/brown) will change with different angles. My daughter has blue eyes and she just put up a picture recently and it looks like she has one blue and one green but she has solid blue eyes.
At one point it looked like Meredith was wearing blue contacts. I'm going to say it's the lighting where she sits and she's the only one who sits close to the camera too.

My husband has blue/green eyes (but they match). I love how they change depending on his shirt.
shareMine look different sometimes depending on what I'm wearing and the light. They are both the same color, though. However, I suppose if someone with eyes like that is turned a certain way with lighting on them like they use for the show it might make one look blue and one green.
