Good example of how the masses are asses and take at face value this schlock.

One point that wasn't mentioned was that there were five men on the fifth floor of the TSBD directly below Oswald (on the sixth floor) all of whom reported hearing 3 shots and shell casings hitting the floor above. This POS conspiracy hinges on Oswald firing 2 shots and Hickey one ----3 shots no more ---- All 3 came from the sixth floor of the TSBD.

Another absurdity that this conspiracy has with others is that it postulates literally a cast of dozens and dozens of people who are knee deep or complicit in the conspiracy ---everyone from X-ray techs at Bethesda to doctors to Secret Service agents ---none of whom have cracked over the years ---

Bizarre and stupid and produced only to exploit the 50th anniversary ---Shameful in that it maligns an innocent man who actually was an honorable public servant

liching... do you recall if anybody ever mentioned the smell of gun powder in the 6th floor Snipers' Nest ? I can't recall any mention...

I don't believe The Smoking Gun theory either. But:

Given the short span of 5-8 seconds the shots happened in, it's possible for a 3rd shot from the TSBD to have occurred (and missed) nearly simultaneously with the secret service agent's friendly fire kill shot. The two shots could have sounded like one shot with an echo to anyone in the area.

I think The Smoking Gun theory has some, um, "holes," but I don't think 3 shots from the depository disproves it. I think its main weakness is that it treats hastily drawn autopsy notes as scientifically precise and accurate enough to do ballistic trajectory and bore size calculations. I also think it's unlikely that an AR-15 fragmenting bullet could leave a perfect hole in a skull, yet fragment only after passing through it into the soft tissue of the brain.

you mean like the fragmenting bullet left a perfect hole on entering and then fragmented after passing through the soft tissue of the cantaloupe?

OK so LHO shot 2 times, hickey 1 time. That is what this documentary states.
Ok who fired the shot that a ricochet hit James Tague that injured him at the triple underpass????

Even the United States House of Representatives Select Committee on Assassinations admits there was a second shooter that fired from the grassy knoll but missed.

I have not seen this film but do they take into account James Tague at all?

Maybe you should see the film vlad. The film argues the firsts shot from Oswald hit Tagus. Second one the throat and the final one from hickey
Pity he ignored all the witnesses that fingered a gun shot from the grassy knoll and grabbed hold of the ones that supported his theory.

Most people believe the shot that hit Tague was the first shot and the magic bullet while possible is not likely. Connelly and his wife swear they were 2 different bullets that hit JFK and him . If you think that final shot came from behind causing his head to go back and to the left fair enough. I guess all those people that ran up the grassy knoll were mistaken.
