Any 2nd year undergrad in CJ will tell you an eyewitness could be the most Unreliable tool for solving any crime.
Case in point:
Find me ANY 2 people in Daily Plazza that have the same story from that day.
Pity he ignored all the witnesses that fingered a gun shot from the grassy knoll and grabbed hold of the ones that supported his theory.
