korean love

Superfilm.Ok i watcheda few korean movies, but this one really amazedcme. I know oldboy, chaser ,mother, yellow sea and the kim ki duk and lotsmore, why is korean love so reserved?
They never take a leap of faith. I want to know the mentality that makes dreams about love but fails in the modern world.
And i loved the lead.
