...for this amazing law that I didn't knew about before i seen this movie. This law is able to put a lot of scumbags in prison that in the past would go off laughing.
shareBut it also puts many innocents in jail by its scope, which is this movie's point. You wouldn't want to go to jail just because you were walking with a friend who suddenly started shooting people. You can't read people's minds, so you can't be punished for their actions.
The rule is that its better to let 100 guilty people free than to put 1 innocent in jail.
