a great film,makes you think.

I have always been interested in this sort of thing (government preparations for emergency situations,civil defence).

This film is very well researched but also unpredictable (NO SPOILERS FROM ME).

Many people don't understand that come a real crisis the government can do all sorts of things that would be unthinkable in normal times.

Great acting all round.
