I guess it was science for 5 year olds? They should have spent more time refining the plot, less on the effects that had almost zero impact on the plot.

I'll add one that was repeated: "Over and out" on the radio.

Anyone who's ever flown, been in the military or law enforcement, gotten a Ham license or had CB experience knows better.

And NASA even had a hand in this.

They sure went out of their way to make it look like OUR universe. Same planets, vehicles, humans....

maybe they should have started with a scroll at the front: "In a universe, where things just work different...." :D
