An unholy Nickelodeon movie named Jinxed:

Nickelodeon will soon show a movie called Jinxed which is about a family who is cursed many years ago by a witch to leave a legacy for future generations of that same family to suffer everlasting bad luck. The nightmare comes true when the witch leaves a legacy of bad luck for a family of many generations to suffer bad luck forever. Therefore this movie will make vulnerable people who believe in curses and bad luck very superstitious, unhappy, and uncomfortable. Its basically about a family who is eternally cursed with bad luck and eternal bad luck is basically everlasting hellish torment. I don't think torment is funny at all.

Nickelodeon has some nerve calling a movie about evil witchcraft and curses a comedy. Cruel witchcraft is satanic and wicked and its far from being funny.
The concept of bad luck is not funny at all but it does sound nightmarish when you think about it. Therefore this movie may cause emotional trauma and severe discomfort in vulnerable superstitious people who believe curses of bad luck are real. This movie Jinxed may potentially harm a child emotionally and probably give them nightmares that may last for a long time. Even vulnerable adults may feel discomfort after watching this movie. Even if they do reverse the curse in the end of the movie the emotional scars last forever therefore there cannot be a happy ending. Movies like this can contribute to schizophrenia, schizotypal beliefs, and anxiety disorders such as OCD which shares a common thread with schizophrenia and schizotypal traits in regards to superstitious beliefs and magical thinking. The DSM-IV which is the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders reassures psychotic patients that magical thinking and superstitious beliefs are just delusions. Despite all the bad things said about psychiatry it does demonstrate that the DSM-IV does have a quality of comforting superstitious people by reassuring them that their belief system is delusional and that reassurance and comfort given by psychiatry is reminiscent of the Holy Spirit which is the comforter. The eternal curse described in the movie jinxed is synonymous with Hell since the kingdom of heaven mentioned in Revelation 22:3 says that in heaven there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

TLDR

...therefore there cannot be a happy ending.

Is not Heaven the ultimate "happy ending"?

The DSM-IV which is the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders reassures psychotic patients that magical thinking and superstitious beliefs are just delusions.

DSM-IV's purpose doesn't reassure anyone about anything, especially psychotic patients.

...in heaven there shall be no more curse:

Earth (and the living) is/are neither in Hell or Heaven. Your paraphrased quote seems to substantiate that curses therefore do exist outside of Heaven. Assuming Hell is for those damned for eternity, a curse would serve no purpose or meaning there. Thus, the curse of which you speak MUST exist ONLY on Earth (& ergo, with the LIVING!)

So you basically wrote a lot of misconceived gibberish, discounting scientific as well as, magical influence and then ironically inserted (revealed?) your own magical beliefs in ghosts & such (While assigning properties of comfort & reassurance usually linked to scripture to the DSM-IV!)

Hilarious, indeed!

Disclaimer: I don't believe in magic or curses. I couldn't let faulty logic go unchallenged
