He's creepy good in this. But with a Character name like Ervil, he's gotta be creepy anyway. He was great in Lost.

I watched not too long ago a made for tv movie called "Prophet of Evil: The Ervil LeBaron Story" from 1993 starring Brian Dennehy as an evil man named Ervil. He had countless wives and he even got some of them to kill for him. The movie was based on a true story.
shareErvil LeBaron was a real leader of a polygamous breakaway Mormon sect who ordered at least 13 murders of people, including his brother Joel, he thought were in his way. It's obvious writer Damon Hill named the character of Ervil Barlow after the real Ervil LeBaron.
