Agreed. No way in hell would management of a small company pass off the firing decisions to underlings, who understand their own jobs and no one else's. If this were legit, it would be the most disgusting, dehumanizing reality show I could ever conceive of. Jeez, new lows.
Anyone who has ever had to fire anyone knows that it is a miserable thing to have to do, bad as it is for the person fired.
