Underpaid in maybe an average business setting but did you see what the company is selling? Some kind of weird fitness gyroscope. It's just a bunch of crap, I'm surprised this business hasn't folded yet.

Agreed. Tom really needs to go. He thinks too much of himself, has too much control (whether the daughter thinks so or not) and is not even the owner of the company anymore.

And don't let me get started on the surveillance....even in people's offices. Really? That's the epitome of micro-management. I can see cameras in a retail environment and for security purposes, but I don't understand why the need for them in offices. Lack of trust? If so, does that not also reflect on hiring decisions made by him and his daughter?

So....riddle me this....while he's watching everyone's movements, nose-picking, butt-scratching, listening to conversations, etc, who is watching HIM?

Probably, no one because his daughter doesn't want to address it. Yeah, some serious changes are needed around there and the first big change needs to be Tom's involvement and the cameras in the offices.

Finally, someone to correspond with who can think and string together some readable sentences...

First, I was astonished at the salaries. At the show's opening, when I saw "Anaheim, CA," I thought, cool we're going to see some big salaries. Wrong! That's barely enough money to live in Texas, and the cost of living is much less here. WTH?

Randy(?)- The outside sales guy. So he's "annoying." And "disruptive." Apparently he makes a lot of noise when he comes in to work. Talks loud on his phone, etc. Did anyone ever mention it to him??? Oh, and by the way, HOW DOES HE DO AT HIS JOB??? Lol. That seems to be a totally lost point.

Tom... Cheap, bully, douche. Those are just the highlights. Lol.

The answer to the company's problems relies on the answer to this important question: Can Tom's daughter run it without him? If the answer yes, then...

...fire Tom and distribute his salary among deserving employees. I realize I may be speaking out of turn here, but it seems like they are grossly underpaid.

Get rid of the video system. Like you suggested, sfbayqt, the company is wasting money allowing their highest paid employee to spy on workers! They could hire a minimum wager for that! It's simple: if you have people you can't trust, get rid of them.

I would also get rid of the cuter of the bully sisters (forgot her name) -- the one who's NOT on the chopping block. She is a sexual harassment suit just waiting to happen.

Okay, I'm sure there's plenty more to write, but, ironically, I need to get back to work.
