Dema needs to go

I think her husband should divorce her and buy out her share of the company. She's awful. She acted like the notion that Kout should get paid less because she works less hours was completely ridiculous. It's common sense that a part time workers should get paid less than a full time worker. If she's too stupid to realize that she has no business running a company. And then when she has her employees make the decisions that she's too incompetent to make herself she throws a fit like a child. Looking at her husband's face you can tell that he agreed with most of what the employees said. If it wasn't for his wife he probably would have gotten rid of Kout a long time ago.
