No one involved with The Pact(2012) is part of The Pact II(2014)?

Too bad, I thought the first one had a lot of heart for low budget horror.

Caity Lotz, reprised her role as Annie from the first film. and yeah, this sequel wasn't very good. i love the first film.

I noticed that Charles Barlow/Judas was played by Mark Steger in both films.

I thought it was ok. I was pleasantly surprised that they at least tried to do something with the story.

Nicholas McCarthy, the director of the first film, produced this movie.

Although "producer" in Hollywood lingo can mean pretty much anything, including someone who superficially consulted on the project. Not saying that's the case, as I don't have that information, but the producer title's not a reliable indicator of creative input.

I wonder if it was just a quick paycheck, as in, for XXX amount of money you can use the name, The Pact, and do whatever you want with it?

He's not even listed as such on imdb !

Huh?

Judas, Annie and the psychic chick returned... who else do you want? The rest died LOL

reply

True, I was also thinking in terms of the people who made the first film. This sequel just comes at a whole other angle.

reply

Not really... it was about Judas returning as a ghost and trying to get someone else to do his dirty work. Ghosts still tried to get someones attention to help solve what was going on. The premises are identical.

reply

Everyone, both living and dead are in the sequel.
