Release Dates - U.S. - Midwest?

The release dates all over the world are really confusing for this movie. I really want to see it on the big screen. I have only seen New York listed for September. Anyone know if it will ever be in the Midwest area? Specifically Kansas City?

We shouldn't hold our breath... I've only see listings for New York and Los Angeles. There is this belief that everyone in between those 2 cities is only interested in comic book movies or teen novel adaptations. I live in the 4th most populated city in the US and will only get to see this movie by DVD at some point.

Screenings all over the country. Im not sure which the 4th most populated city in the country is precisely, but if you're willing to go for a bit of a drive on a particular date you'll likely be get to see it in a theater.
