It's blatantly obvious Ryan no longer likes participating on the show. He doesn't look like he's having fun anymore, he's not funny, and too be honest I think his mood is killing the show.

Colin's still trying to have fun, but the dynamic between Ryan/Colin was always the biggest draw to me. Without that the show is seriously lacking. I think they need to either cancel the show or replace Ryan at this stage. Jeff David or Johnathan Magnum would be good choices as a replacement. But if Ryan doesn't go soon I fear the show will suffer ratings wise.

I don't see that at all - Ryan is constantly laughing (more so than usual) and performing exceptionally well. He's older, obviously, and looks aged so I think that's why you think he looks bored.

Since he's one of the executive producers, it would be difficult to replace him.

After seeing the episode where he's supposed to be a general, I wouldn't say he doesn't like participating in the show.

Not every episode is going to be comedy gold, and I think Colin has such a rubbery face and innocence about him that a lot of what he does is kind of "surprising." Like the names he picks out for himself when he's a newscaster or the top story when he's a newscaster - you just never know what to expect.

He reminds me of Tim Conway in that aspect, and I'd LOVE to see Conway on the show.

Well, that's just my take... he was easily my favorite performer in the original USA whose line with Drew Carey. and even the first two years of this new version he was funny. I dont know, maybe just doing the same thing for so long has gotten boring for him. Or maybe it is just me...

I love Ryan! What I notice though is that it looks like he grumbles before every "scenes from a hat" - he still participates, it just seems that he doesn't like that one anymore.
It's not a secret that he hates "hoedown" but I just caught up on the 2nd half of 2016 shows and he was awesome in "doo wop".
I love them all and love how much this show makes me laugh!!

I have just been watching earlier episodes from like 2013-2014 and I just think he seems to have so much more fun on the show during those seasons. I have just noticed a lack of enthusiasm this past season. Everyone else still has the same high energy, just not Ryan.

Just what I see.

I don't know. His Army General and ostrich bits were pretty high energy.
