Short story from another film?

I watched a horror anthology a few months ago and one of the segment were of a man talking to his vcr and feeds it humans. Then he has a crush on a girl in the flat across the hall and she catches him having sex with the vcr then his peepee gets bitten of. Is this all from some other story? If so, anyone know the original pizza? Thanks!
