The shower scene

Having that scene at the end of the film, when the tension of the film gets to hardly bearable levels, freaked me out for a second or two. I think that what could have been a cheap scene was masterfully crafted to show us the frailty of all us against tyrannies in power. For me it was the cherry on top of a great movie.

It certainly was a stunning moment but I don't think it set in for me until 30 minutes or so after the movie, which would be right now.

The other scene that stuck out was the washing of the phone. There was certainly a motif of attempting to cleanse hands, faces, and more with water throughout the movie, and I think the meaning is obvious enough. The blood running down and onto the boy is an image I won't soon forget.
