Director had the roles reversed. Michael Douglas should be the guide, not the hunter

Director was either stupid, or incompetent or both. What a waste of Michael Douglas. This would have been a way more entertaining movie if Michael Douglas was the experienced guide outfoxing the hunter.

The hunter should have been an ingrateful nouveau rich, annoying internet influencer and who hired an experienced guide, Michael Douglas.

The spoiled rich young hunter with high tech and cool weaponry, lacking experience, is outfoxed by the clever and resourceful Michael Douglas.

Instead, you have a waste of screen legend Michael Douglas in this unwatchable piece of dung. Shame on the director for not realizing this.
