michael douglas gave a great performance as always, but why he chose to make this
is beyond me.
the film was awful!

Certainly not awful. It was actually quite a credible scenario.

well a super shooter firing five bullets with a super weapon and missing is something not credible and the sometime he needs only one to kill the man with a tenth second advice

I personally think his performance was the worst he ever gave; that, and his ailing appearance, has convinced me he should retire now.

As far as the movie is concerned, they lost me for sure when the dead guys hand was sticking out of the dirt after they buried him. The reason someone is buried with heavy rocks over the dirt, is to keep the animals out. It would make absolutely no sense at all to go through all that trouble, and leave a hand sticking out. "Just plain stupid directing".

If it weren't for the great cinematography and HD quality, this flick would be a 1. I'm debating if it is a 2 or a 3.
