I want to see this. When will it be released in the United States.

I've been wanting to watch this for quite some time now. It's really annoying. I'm hoping it's coming out on DVD or VOD in another country sometime soon then I'll just download it online. I'd love to pay to see it but that doesn't seem to be an option in the US.
