So, if there is a parallel dimension...

... and all the ponies have their human counterparts, where did human Twilight Sparkle go? It was a breif mention by Applejack that TS seemed familiar, indicating there was a human-TS too. But I just can't figure it out.

- Where is human-TS?
- Did TS replace the human-TS?
- If human-TS exists, 1) shouldnt she attend to same high school?
2) why didn't the others recognize her? 3) would she also be a important character in that dimension?

I think it's kinda a minor plot hole and the story would be more interesting if TS and human-TS actually met and tried to solve things togheter.

When Applejack mentioned that Twilight Sparkle seemed familiar, she also said that that Twilight Sparkle lived in the city. In the series, Twilight Sparkle wasn't from Ponyville originally, so it seemed to have been implied that the human Twilight Sparkle just never moved to Ponyville.

Yeah, I think I noticed that too, and Pinkie Pie mentioning her twin sister, since we know PP knows EVERYBODY.

And you're right, I read some blog about all the plot holes this movie had and they mentioned the same thing: she never left the palace, because she has no reason to since Celestia is the principal and it was her who sent TS to the city in the first place.

Good thing we cleared that up.

I kept expecting the real human Twilight to show up at the end and meet the other girls after Pony Twilight returned home. I was kinda disappointed she didn't. :(

Also, if Sunset Shimmer is technically a pony who ended up going into the human world (at least, that's what I think they said in the beginning) then where is Sunset Shimmer's real human counterpart?

Pinkie pie said she moved to the city before she attended high school but I'm not sure why no one knew her

In the beginning Princess Celestia said something about the balance maybe Sunset Shimmer ruined the balance

The human Sunset Shimmer could be anywhere: France, Berlin, who knows. It's not like they could fit the entire population of Equestria into this one high school. We know Human Twilight is living in a city somewhere; sunset could be her neighbor for all we know.

If you watch Rainbow Rocks past the ending credits it shows human Twilight studying all the magic coming off the school and confirming with dog spike something strange is happening at the school.....so hopefully there's a 3rd movie just in human pony world separating the two dimensions and what not.....I know my kids love them.
