Believe he said it was 21 trillion? And if the total could be confiscated it would wipe out world debt in day, an hour, a minute?

Same question about his comments on people in the intelligence 'community' in America, 200 thousand employed across 16 agencies, plus 30,000 private contractors in 170 countries, total cost to the taxpayer $75 billjon?
