So it's not illegal for someone to be on your property videotaping thru the Windows?!

Or almost run someone over and not have a cop come out and take a report. And get that pesky license plate number.

Not even on her property (ie. at the back gate, on the driveway), but right up to the windows!

What were the stalking laws in that city at the time? I would hope that they would take this kind of thing a little more seriously today :/

All 50 states and the District of Columbia have laws that make stalking illegal.
