Good movie but should not be recognize as a comedy

Just saw it at the Philly Film Festival, good movie but is *not* a comedy in any sense (there are some scenes where people are laughing but the film is a straight-out drama).

Very intense, shows well the politics and conflicts of interest(s) between medical personnel (doctors, interns, nurses, administrators, etc.)

Doesn't really delve too much into the father-son dynamic, more about the stress(es) of becoming a practicing physician (in a French context).
