Available in 3D anywhere?

This only had a 2D Bluray release in US. Is it available as 3D anywhere else (blu-ray or digital)?

Its really a 3D movie is it? I mean it doesnt have explosions or anything flying in the air.

Fists and kicks pointed towards viewers. Also sticks and blows are pointed towards viewers, especially during the end fight. All for 3D!
