The Job Lot Season 3 Episode 1 Discussion
The Job Lot, a show I stumbled upon randomly two years ago and somehow have stuck with, returned with pretty much the same quality. It feels like a different show every season. There was the initial redo (even with a new opening video) to premiere Season 2, but the third season seems much less ensemble than earlier episodes.
There were a few funny moments, there always are, but they went too Three's Company with the massive pregnancy drama, and we sort of lost the main point of the show. There was really only two quick segments about signing people on.
The show has some sort of weird appeal to me, but it's amazing it has reached a third season. It needs to get funnier. They're wasting the talent of Laura Aikman, Russell Tovey and Sarah Hadland.
4.4/10 for me.
