A similar (and more original) film.

I liked Willow Creek. Though it stuck close to the Blair Witch template, it had some creepy moments and an ominous build.

But if you want to see a similar, and much more original and daring film, try Evidence. It starts out like a Blair Witch ripoff, but then goes somewhere else altogether.
