Little bit I liked.
Open air scene with generic female park ranger, not giving really insight to the story, not much going on then...
bam - odd and slightly creepy looking bookstore owner giving out all sorts of info.

I liked the fact it didn't cut away from the tent. 99% of movies would have cut after a few minutes but it hung there: A lot of people criticized this including myself initially but its the psychological terror it causes: you just don't know if BigFoot will jump into the tent or not: It's actual simple horror that so many films do not do: They cut here and there but it's the drawn out scenes that draw the most scares in my opinion. However, I didn't like the woman turning down his marriage proposal: after she did that I was like bitch, I hope your character gets killed. I mean it's smart to live with someone first but if you love the guy you marry him.
